Delivery Policy

Delivery Options

• Standard delivery: The delivery will be fulfilled throughout the week (Monday – Sunday). Digital packages are available immediately for download on payment confirmation. Delivery is free for all Digital product downloads.
• Scheduled delivery: We currently do not offer any scheduled deliveries.
• The Product(s) will be delivered to your email address which you specified at checkout.
• If you have not received the Product(s) within a period of 24 hours, you should contact us via email or on our contact page.
• If for whatever reason you have received the download link to your digital package but the link has expired and you have an active license, then please contact us.

Change Order
Once you have confirmed your order and paid then it can no longer be changed. For more information please refer to our return policy.

Tracking Order
Our products are digital downloaded software packages and therefore are not delivered as physical goods. For this reason we do not offer any method of tracking the delivery of an order.

If you filled in the wrong email or domain at checkout, and you’d like to correct it. Then please contact us with your order number.
